Common questions

How do I invite my family?

Open PlatePoll, start or open your household, and tap the invite option to send a link. Once they accept, everyone can vote from their own phone — votes sync live over iCloud.

Why don't I see nearby restaurants?

Restaurant discovery needs location access. Check that location is enabled for PlatePoll in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services, and that you have an internet connection.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select PlatePoll, and choose to change or cancel. If you're on a free trial, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.

Does my whole family need to pay?

No. One PlatePoll Pro subscription covers your household and can be shared with up to 6 people through Apple Family Sharing.

How is my data handled?

We collect as little as possible and don't sell your data or track you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
